Policies
What to Expect
You will fill out some paperwork for your first appointment, either ahead of time or you may wish to arrive a few minutes early. We will discuss your goals for each session and develop a plan to meet your needs. Sessions are available for 60 - 120 minutes. I highly encourage clients to voice their needs as they arise in the session. Examples include: change in pressure, different draping, change in temperature, a blanket, adjusting the face cradle, or session length.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and local checks. Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal and Google Checkout for a small processing fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late clients will still be charged for the original booked session length although due to other appointments, I may not be able to offer the original amount of time.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please call or email to make appointments. Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice. If the appointment is missed, I assess a $30 fee. (Acts of god, emergencies, & sudden illness are, of course, excluded.)
Sexual Conduct
Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic. If a client behaves in a sexual manner at any time, the session will be terminated immediately, full payment expected, and the client denied any future appointments.
