The Quick Fix - 30/45/60 minutes
This session is designed for those with limited free time. Focus on your problem spots with myofascial release / deep tissue using hot stones and aromatherapeutic massage cream.

Relax & Rejuvenate - 60/75/90 minutes
Kick back and let all your worries and tension melt away! Classic full body Swedish relaxation massage using hot stones and aromatherapeutic massage oil.

Deep Rest- 75/90/120 minutes
Fulfill your desire to deeply relax and rejuvenate! Integrative full body myofascial release / deep tissue massage using hot stones and aromatherapeutic massage cream.

Sweet Feet & Happy Hands - 30/45/60/75/90 minutes
Pamper yourself with a reflexology-inspired session that is focused on the feet and hands. This session begins with an exfoliating aroma foot scrub followed by a foot soak while your neck, shoulders, and scalp are massaged. Then, your feet and hands get massaged with all natural therapeutic moisturizing cream and essential oils. Finally, enjoy hot stone reflexology to the feet and hands. Hot stone wraps are placed as necessary on reflex points requesting additional attention.

Mother Nurture - 75/90/120 minutes
Divine nourishment for the mother-to-be and child, past 1st trimester. This session begins with a nurturing salt scrub to the feet and epson salt foot soak. Next, a relaxing hot stone aromatherapeutic massage! Mama's comfort is the top priority, with the massage being done in a cozy side lying position, using lots of pillows and blankets. A variety of essential oils are indicated for pregnancy and choices include: geranium, lavender, chamomile, tangerine, jasmine, mandarin, orange, bergamot, rosewood, and rose.

Signature Spa - 120/150 minutes
Indulge and nurture your mind and spirit. Your experience of euphoria begins with an exfoliating aroma foot scrub followed by a foot soak while your shoulders are massaged. After lying down, you'll receive a exfoliating dry brushing treatment that stimulates the lymph system. All natural therapeutic moisturizing cream is applied to the feet and hands, then wrapped with warm stones. While this heat pack is working its magic, enjoy a face, neck, and scalp massage complete with hot stones and moist towels. Once the pack is removed, the feet and hands are treated with a hot stone massage.

Ultimate Bliss - 120/150 minutes
Float off to fluffy pink clouds and enjoy the tingling sensation of essential oils for hours after the session! Relax into a state of bliss while your feet and hands are washed with aromatherapeutic hot towels. Next, you'll receive a full body hot stone massage with individualized aromatherapy. Finally, enjoy the sensations of the raindrop aromatherapy technique with the added delight of invigorating hot stones.

Enlightenment - 150/180 minutes
Treat the divine within to a true out of body experience. This session starts out with a individualized aroma foot scrub and foot soak followed by a reflexology session to the hands and feet. Just when you feel like you couldn't be more relaxed, a full body hot stone aroma massage allows you to let go at an even deeper level. Truly a decadent indulgence!

Seventh Heaven - available in any session length
Satiate all your heavenly desires with this mix and match combination session. Choose from the following treatments: exfoliating foot scrub, aroma foot soak, hand and/or feet reflexology, hot stone moisturizing treatment to the feet and/or hands, dry brushing, warm aroma towels to the hands, feet, and/or face, hot stone aroma massage (regional or full body), raindrop aromatherapy technique. Each session integrates individualized aromatherapy. Truly a unique and individualized experience.

Therapeutic Bodywork & Chronic Pain Relief

La Therapie - 90/120/150 minutes
Integrative full body wellness massage with specific deeper work to 1 to 3 regions as needed to meet the client's goals. Sessions can include a combination of the following: hot stone massage, myofascial release / deep tissue, trigger point, joint mobilizations, thai body stretches, yoga therapy, and alignment education.

Deep Release - 75/90/120 minutes
Specific and regionally focused bodywork designed to decrease pain, manage chronic tightness, and release fascial constrictions. Each session includes a detailed intake and is customized to meet the client's goals. Sessions can include a combination of the following: hot stone massage, myofascial release / deep tissue, trigger point, joint mobilizations, thai body stretches, yoga therapy, and alignment education.

Therapeutic Session Package
Initial session - 90/120/150/180 minutes
Subsequent Sessions - 75/90/120 minutes, offered in package pricing

The initial session includes a detailed intake, structural alignment assessment, functional movement assessment and hands on evaluation. With your goals in mind, I will formulate a treatment plan and make suggestions on how to proceed. We will then negotiate the length and frequency of sessions according to your schedule and cost of the sessions depending on your financial capabilities.

Customized treatment plan will combine various techniques including: myofascial release / deep tissue, trigger point, thai yoga massage, yoga therapy, joint mobilizations, aromatherapy, yoga therapy, and alignment education.

Therapeutic Chair Massage
Offer your employees or guest the benefits of relaxation with Chair Massage at your office, party, or event. These sessions are performed fully clothed on the back, arms, neck, and head. I use a very comfortable and specially designed bamboo chair that allows clients to sit with head, chest, arms, and legs fully supported.

$70/hour + $25 setup fee (1-3 hours)
$70/hour - no setup fee (3+ hours)
